Benjamin Self Classic Car Artist (Membre n° 139)
Classic Car enthusiast and the owner of an MG Midget, I am also a classic car artist. I work through out the year creating paintings for owners and enthusiasts. I attend a few classic car events each year with a display of my work, including Interesting Car Club, Gouarec, Retro-passion, Rennes, Ça Carbure, Fouesnant, Le Mans Classic 2022 and will be an exhibitor at Le Mans Classic 100 in 2023.
I work in gouache, acrylic or acrylic inks, and combine hand-painting and airbrushing according to the amount of reflection required.

When I'm not painting classic cars or attending car events I'm helping my wife Sarah at our Chambres D'Hôtes at Rohan (moonflowerhouse.com) where, of course, we welcome cyclists, motorcyclists and, especially, classic car owners, my Midget attracts a lot of interest from our French guests.
